I have been using this location for years but it has progressively gone downhill (and it wasn't great to start with). Today I made an appointment for a brake job and an oil change for 11am. They did not even start working on it until 12pm. It is currently 5pm and I am still waiting on my vehicle. They keep feeding me excuses about being understaffed, but the way I see it, customers should be treated on a first come, first serve basis. I have seen at least 15 people come and go in the time I have been waiting. And everytime I look out there, NO ONE IS ACTIVELY WORKING ON MY CAR. Never again. Do not use this location if you value your time and/or sanity.

I noticed that previous reviews pulled from another review site are consistently bad. I was literally driving in front of this Firestone location when my car began sputtering and overheating. Mike the Service Manager couldn't have been nicer. He gave me a ride back to my office and called later with estimates explaining in detail which repairs were absolutely necessary and which repairs could wait. After hanging up I confirmed online that the recommendations were valid and called another garage to confirm that the prices were competitive. My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, runs great, and I couldn't be happier. In addition, when paying, customers are encouraged to go online to rate their performance. Whatever issues this location has had in the past seem to have been worked out. I would not hesitate to recommend this Firestone to others.

Had new tires installed at this location, and was wondering why the worker spent so long in my truck in the parking lot. I found out three days later when I noticed my $45 multi-tool missing, that had resided in my glove compartment for 12 years. In fact I had just used it the week before and put it back like always, and could tell the glove compartment had been rifled through. I had to buy a new one to replace it. If you have work done here, be sure to remember and empty everything and I mean everything, out of your vehicle into a box and leave the box at home.

My first time here was to check my tire pressure. The owner came out and explained PSI & filled the tires for me. He was very friendly and didn't make me out to be a "dumb woman." Since then I have gone there for tires, oil changes, fuel system treatment and more. Each time they try to upsell but that is the nature of the business I think. Overall I think they are good and they will price match.

I have the lifetime alignment deal mentioned elsewhere, and its a very good deal. They like all places seem to upsell other repairs, I just say no. Recently I had a problem with a prior repair here. To their credit they were very professional and fixed the problem for free. Sadly when I got home I discovered a broken part that the mechanic had to have interacted with to make the repair. It was not that way when I took the vehicle in. I will fix this one myself.

We took my fiance's car in there to have her belts fixed and get the tires rotated and balanced. While they did try to offer us some things we didn't need, after saying no thanks they didn't pressure us too bad. They fixed her car in about 2 hrs on a busy Saturday and were very nice about everything. Would go back for more work.

They told me I needed a winshield wiper part but could not name the part or give me the part number. WhennI took it to the dealer they said I didn't need a new part at all, just needed a bolt tightened. This Firestone obviously does not train their mechanics very well!!!

I have been going to this Firestone since I moved to the area about 7 years ago. I have been treated fairly on a consistent basis. They accept competitors' coupons, offer fair prices and don't try to push repairs that aren't needed. Mike Crunk in particular does a great job of making sure I always leave without feeling ripped off.

Dropped the car off to have the a/c checked. Walked over to Toco Hills, had breakfast, bought some office supplies, came back and was told there'd be no charge. Technician left car running and a/c on full blast (and of course it worked perfectly) he said the probable cause was the compressor getting ready to conk.
