I brought my car in to Firestone Buckhead to have a flat repaired. They proceeded to tell me the tire wasn't repairable, as it had a cut in it. Then they told me that I ALSO needed to replace the other front tire because it had 6/32 tread left on it. Something sounded very fishy as those tires were only 2 years old and I only drive 10 miles a day. I took the car to my normal auto shop and they said the flat tire in fact did need to be replaced but the other tire Firestone suggested replacing still had HALF THE LIFE left on it!! So, what it boils down to is...Firestone Buckhead wants your money and most likely preys on single women who don't know anything about cars. Stay away!

The last time I visited this Firestone location for an oil change, they called me and recommended a 90,000 mile service, but I only had around 60,000 miles on my car! He also said I needed to have the rear brake pads and rotors replaced (over $300) and made it sound urgent. I decided to hold off on the extra items and then took my car to another place (Certified Auto Repair on Clairmont, which was great) and they said I didn't need any brake work done at all! I may go back to Firestone for oil changes but I will never take any of their recommended extras seriously.

I had purchased my tires and bought the alignment for life package. So when I brought my car back to get an oil change with rotation, balance and alignment the total came to under $25. Worth the value!

I used to take my car to this Firestone because the location was convenient. I would drop it off and walk across the street to Lenox mall. I'd do some window shopping and get lunch while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. At the time I was mostly getting oil changes and purchasing tires. I then needed to have my brakes replaced and went there because I had a rapport with them. Within 9 months I needed to have my brakes replaced again. After complaining to the manager, I was instructed to take my vehicle to the location on Peachtree Industrial. They replaced the brakes at no charge. At that point, I was pleased with the outcome. The experience, however, left me feeling uneasy about ever patronizing this establishment again.

convenient location, especially if you work in Buckhead. Prices are a little higher than some other locations, but the employees are helpful, the waiting area is clean, and my car has always been finished in a timely manner. As a female, I feel comfortable doing business with them.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get my car worked on. I show up for the appointment and they bumped me off or did not bother to right it down in the first place. I will NEVER go back there.
