Wife called battery was dead. Looked on Google for closest place. Called and al battery was available. Left car there. 30 minutes later they called and said the battery had a full charge so no need to replace. Checked connections. All is fine. Picked up car. No charge. I like it.

On Saturday, October 8, 20ll my wife took our 2000 BMW 528i to the Firestone Complete Auto Care, located at Perimeter Center Pkwy NE, Atlanta, for routine tire rotation and alignment. This was to have been a courtesy service as we had purchased our tires from the same business. While waiting for the car to be serviced, a service advisor informed my wife that both of the serpentine belts were cracked and worn and needed to be replaced. In good faith, my wife agreed to have the belts replaced and was charged $238. Fortunately, she asked for the old belts with the receipt. I was dumbfounded when I saw the condition of the belts they had replaced; they were practically brand new! We returned to Firestone later the same day and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Once there, we were asked to step outside of the building where the manager, with a straight face, pointed to imaginary cracks in the belts and insisted the belts were worn and had been appropriately replaced. We immediately disputed the charge with our credit card company and took the belts to an independent mechanic who, in a written statement, certified that " - both belts were replaced prematurely and unnecessarily". Needless to say, we will no longer do business with this Firestone.

I experienced their bad service twice and I am never going back there ever again. The first time I gave my car for a problem they changed few parts assuming that will solve the problem and charged me around $800+ which obviously didn't. I had to go back and then they changed another part and charged me $400+. And similar thing happened this time too and I actually feel dumb that I went there again. All they do is change the parts assuming that will solve the problem. The customer service is pathetic too. And that lady there is annoying.
