Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went there for the location convenience; but my tire got flat again 2 weeks after. And because i was driving on highway, my wheel was probably damaged because of the unexpected flat tire on the new installation.

When I went back to firestone, they have very bad attitude again, without admitting any responsibilities on their side. I had to pay the wheel on my own. Called the manager, no use at all - he asked me to file a law suit, knowing i would not do it for a few hundred bucks.

I will not go there any more. Probably will not go to any other firestone again.

I have taken my car to this Firestone location on several occasions over the past two years and have found the service and pricing to be in-line with other auto repair and service centers. The repairs needed to address any issues were not complicated and they were able to complete the tasks according to the schedule we discussed when I registered. The service manager was knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell me on any additional items. I will continue to use this Firestone location for future maintenance and repairs.

The place was convinient, being just down the street from work. I had a noise coming from around the axel and shocks. They told me they heard it so many times and they knew just how to take care of it. After spending a lot of money to replace all the shocks and several other parts, I drove away just to hear the noise again. I took it back. They replaced another part (more $$). The noise went away - for a week and half. I took my car back to them and asked them to fix it. But they said they would have to charge me again, even though I had already paid them around $1,000 for work that did not fix the problem. So I took my car to a different shop (Memorial Car Care Center) and they went straight to the problem. They replaced a small part in a few minutes and for less than $50. And Firestone, they had found the problem, but chose to spray the joint with a lubricant instead of fixing the actual problem. I guess they just wanted to see how much money they could get out of me before they took care of the real problem.

I've taken my vehicle to this Firestone location and they have always performed excellent service on my car. They also are good about having your car ready in a decent amount of time. The sercive guys are friendly and courteous.
