Scheduled an appointment here to install 4 new tires. The store acted surprised when I showed up for my appointment and did not have the tires I ordered in stock. Clearly selecting the tires online and making an appointment is meaningless. I returned later to have the tires installed. Came out to my car the next day, and one tire was completely flat with the rim on the ground, another tire had about 10 PSI. After putting on the spare and returning to the store, they were totally unapologetic and gave me a nominal reduction in the bill ($25 on a $700 bill) only after I asked for some compensation for the hassle. If you don't want to worry whether your tires were installed competently, choose another place.

My 18 year old daughter was towed to this Firestone with a flat. She purchased 4 new tires and they then added $55 for the tow which had absolutely nothing to do with them. The tow was paid for by insurance and was signed for by my daughter. They took advantage of her not knowing what to do. I called the next day and they knew exactly who I was talking about and offered to refund the money. As far as I can see they did this intentionally as they knew the tow truck did not come from them, so why would they bill for it? I am leaving a poor review and I will report this to headquarters. Now I need to check her tires she purchased and make sure they are actually new.

Earlier this year, I took both my vehicles to Firestone on Northpark to have their brakes fixed. The total for both was on the order of $3000 since both vehicles needed at least two rotors replaced. Well, on both vehicles, the brakes started squealing about 2 months after the work was done. I took it back in and they made the squeal stop, but on one vehicle, the squeal is back again. It's been less than 1 year and already they need adjustments. Also, my daughter took her car in to have the oil changed. One day later, the check-oil light was on and shortly after that she got a warning that the oil was dangerously low. She took it back in and they fixed it, but I believe they either didn't put in any oil or they didn't seal the drain hole correctly and the oil leaked out.

I received a $25.00 coupon in the mail inviting me to take advantage of Firestone's services. I took the coupon in and received a tire rotation and an oil change with ease, at the end of my transaction Firestone gave me a list of items recommended for my vehicle and provided me with a maintenace log as well.
