Customer service at the Clearview Firestone is absolutely horrible. I called and spoke to Mike. He spoke to me in a tone that was very disrespectful and rude. He made me feel like he was in a hurry to hang up the phone. After I described to him my problem, Mike said, "...... so what's your question?" I'm like WTFFF?!? He wouldn't let me finish talking, etc. I'm not sure if all of the representatives treat their customers that way but Mike definitely needs to see a telephone doctor. I hope Mike is not the one helping me when I bring my car in... I'm so upset because this place is right near my house and I would hate to go to another place. I bought all my tires here in the past and the customer service was great... not sure what happened to Mike though.
