I took my vehicle for brake job and they did some extra work and I aggreed. Last month I took my vehicle to the dealer and the service that they recommended was the same brake service. On the last two times they dropped me and picked me up from my work while they serviced the car. This time, I went last friday for my other vehicle and before I went I told them that I would need a ride back and to be picked up and the guy on the front desk told me that that should be fine. However, when I went there he told me that he could drop me but would not be able to pick me. Therefore, I just left the shop. Today I called and the same guy answered the phone and I told him what happened last week and he said he remembered and this time he could drop and pick me up. When I went there then he said that he could not do that because the lady is out for lunch and he was not sure when she would be back. I have been going to a number of firestones but this is the worst service that I ever received. I think it is something to do with this guy.

I have been taking my cars to this Firestone location for so long, I'm not even sure how many years it has been. They are the only ones who have ever serviced my current 10 year-old Honda, the one I had two years prior to it, and the other cars I had prior to that one. At least 15 years. The gracious customer service attitude and the efficiency and value of the vehicle service have never diminished over the years, despite turnover in personnel. They are quick to complete what needs to be done, and have never attempted to charge me for anything that was not approved by me up front.

I've always been a Costco guy for tires, but I have to say, I've bought two sets of tires (six total) from this store and have been really impressed. Susan (tire manager) actually acted like she wanted to earn our business - she gave us a good price upfront and then called proactively to let us know that the tires we were interested in had gone on sale a few days later. I know sometimes these places have a reputation for overselling, but we didn't get that impression from her at all. I'd recommend her to a friend, no question.

Yes, they broke my portable satellite radio. When I got to the car after service the radio would not work. The port which you plug into that sends the signal from the satellite radio to your car was damaged--bent and twisted. When I confronted them about it they told me that it was because the radio was "old" and they denied braking it. I won't be going to this place ever again!

We took both of our cars in for repairs. They did a great job and the service was good, but they like to do extra unneccessity work on your cars. So be careful,

Firestone, Duluth has always treated my car with excellence. The technicians and staff are timely with quotes and service, give honest recommendations and make the task of servicing a vehicle much easier. With experience in all facets of repair, their technicians are certified in many areas and are respectful of everyone, whether you know about auto repair or not. The management is prompt with inquiries and requests, and overall very pleasant. The prices are reasonable and market-averaged. I would recommend service there with little to no hesitation.

Tried to save $ and had Firestone change timimg belt on Nissan Quest (30% cheaper than dealer). Firestone did it wrong, gave me back my $ and I went to Nissan dealer. OK experience with tires here but not more involved repairs.
