Went in for brake pads, usually do them myself, but didn't have time. They called and said my rotors were rusty...REALLY! All rotors are rusty in GA! Wanted to charge me $600 to fix them. I drove away, bought new brake pads for $20 and replaced them myself. Rotors were indeed rusty, but also unwarped and undamaged...LOL WHAT A SCAM!

I was on my home from a long day of work and needed to get my car lubed. So I pulled in and was told there was would be a wait. I gave them specific instructions for two items that needed servicing and went across the screet to eat. They called me and said the car is almost complete so I returned. I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to finish. In all it took them almost 2.5 hours to do a simple loob job. As I was driving away I noticed that neither of the two items I requested had been done. I will never ever go back to Firestone again for any type of service.

This tire store most office has good prices and deals. They have qualified mechanics, and I Have tried them over the years. My favorite thing to have done there, is tire rotation.

In finding someone to repair your automobile, you are fortunate to find someone who will do a quality job at a fair price. Many will seek to squeeze every dollar they can out of you, even when you vist them for minor repairs. This Firestone is such a dealership. Watch out!

I had a flat that these guys fixed. A couple of days later, one of my tires became damaged beyond repair. They really helped me out and replaced the tire and did the balance and alignment for about $30. I will definitely go here for tires the next time!
