NOT GOOD
This company had all kinds of extra fees and raised the fees without telling me. Could not reach the sales rep to get help and with the headquarters people it was like dealing with robots. Not a good company in my opinion.

Reliable & Dependable
After dealing with many processors I give First American my whole hearted recommendation. The guys over at FA are committed to customer service and respond quickly to any concerns you may have. This is a rarity in this industry and their personal touch has kept our company loyal to First American for over 5 years.

Great Service and Product
We've been doing business with FAPS for 4-5 yrs. They are responsive, competitive & keep us informed of new products & services. They have stability in their staff & we have dealt with the same rep throughout. I do not have to go through a 1-800 number to reach my rep. He gave me his cell number.
