I have been taking 4 cars to Ray Morgans for over 15 years. All of these cars have ove 100,000 miles and First Class Auto's mechanics have taken very good car of these cars. They are all honest,... reliable, and fast. The shop bleeds of credibility. I have watched Derek blossom over the yearsVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I normally do not recommend services but First Class Auto Service and Ray Morgan (owner) makes it easy to do so. I know when I take my car in, they will give me a honest opinion of what the problems... are and the best price for the repairs. I have been to other shops and they try to take advantage of me because I am a girl. I feel comfortable and confident that Ray and his mechanics will make sure my repairs are done right at the best price possible.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I have been going to First Class Auto Service for nearly 10 years. The owner, Ray Morgan, is as honest and hard working man as you'll ever meet, especially when it comes to customer service. During this 10 years of service, I have taken a total of six cars to Ray for repairs. I can honestly say that Ray has always gotten the job done on each and every vehicle. His work has always been top notch. And he has never overcharged or gouged me on price. This man prides himself on quality customer service and rightfully so! You will NOT find another business owner who backs up his claims with substance and action like Ray Morgan. The bottom line is that he truly cares, which is a heck of a lot more than I can say for the vast majority of business owners and operators today.

For years I have searched for someone who would service my automobiles CORRECTLY not make stuff up about what needs to be repaired... FINALLY--I found First Class Auto Service. Ray and his Crew, are Trustworthy and Honest! They are Fair and would rather have me back as a customer, than gouge me today....I HONOR that...Do yourself a favor, Use First Class Auto Service For yourself...Patrick Lyons, Publisher, Coffee News Scottsdale/Tempe
I had a motor rebuilt there and come to find out, they do not perform the service but rather send it out. They sub it to another shop and have it sent back to them. The motor parts to be replaced were not, the work was not performed and the "new motor" was just cleaned up on the outside to make it look like it was worked on. They will not live up to their responsibility of workmanship. It is, by law if they do sub-contract it, the resposibility of Nothing- Like- First- Class- Auto. I was told, by the owner, to take it up with the OTHER SHOP. He refused to show any sort of paperwork and did not have the engine installed that was specified on my invoice. I spent over 3000.00 for a new motor and was ripped off. In addition, after it was installed and I road tested it, the distributor was not secured properly and came off, resulting in towing expenses and NEW REPAIR COST by this hole. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. MY MISTAKE!!

The Toyota Dealership that I regularly went to told me I needed $1400 of repairs. I called Ray and he told me he could do it for much cheaper. After I took my car in to Ray, Ray later called me to come and pick up my car as there was nothing wrong with it and it didn't need any repairs. He didn't charge me a dime. I'm so dissappointed with the Toyota dealership I trusted for so long, but I am very impressed with Ray. How can I thank you Ray?

I used to work nearby but now that I don't, they're are still worth the 45 minute drive just to get their top notch service. My vehicle wouldn't pass inspection due to a computer malfunction, and not only did they fix it, but they went out of their way to get it inspected themselves, just to ensure that all was taken care of. That is First Class in my opinion and definitely has earned my repeat business. They have continued to help keep my families vehicles safely on the road, and take care of any issues in a very timely manner. Also, their close proximity and partnership with Discount Tire next door has come in handy more then once. Way to go First Class, and thanks for all your help and expertise!

First Class Auto truly is a "First Class" business. We have been driving 12 miles to take our cars to First Class Auto for 3 years. Ray and the mechanics' honesty, hard work, and quality of service more than compensate for the distance. I have complete faith and trust in this business. Prices are always reasonable, and we have saved a ton of money because of their honesty and ability to fix anything (verses always replacing.) I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to many years of first class service.

First Class Auto Svc is just that...First Class. It's like going back in time to your old neighborhood mechanic. I have been a customer for over 2 years and I have always been treated honestly and fairly. Thank you Ray & staff.

Ray and his terrific staff saved me alot of money today!! My Nissan dealership told me that I need new brakes, new tires and that I shouldn't drive the truck until the work was done. On a recommendation, I drove to First Class Auto. The guys there informed me that not only did I have 90% brake life left, but I could go about another 6000 miles before I needed tires! Their honesty didn't make them much money today, but they did get a customer for life from my family! THANK YOU FIRST CLASS!!! Give them a try - you will be happy.
