Received several quotes and First Fence was the best based on what I was looking for. Arrived at appointed time for survey and installation, even though we had to cancel the first install date due to the rain, but they called in advance to advise the weather forecast called for rain and would need to cancel if raining. Fence looks great , and the HOA is also happy. Would use again and definitely recommend.

They installed a 160' long 6' high capped privacy fence in 1 day EXACTLY to my specification for what I believe was a VERY reasonable price. Everything went perfectly and I have received MANY compliments including a local realtor friend of mine who has seen hundreds of fences. He wishes First Fence had done his.

I was very happy with work. Did great job. Love new gate they built. Quick service, reasonable priced. Only complaint was they would not remove an old privacy fence to replace in exact location because if closeness to underground electrical. No holes would have been dug. I think they overreacted. Otherwise would use again.

Service-wise, this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with in my life. That's not hyperbole. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and communicative. The price was the best of those we were quoted, and they were able to install within my fairly tight time frame. I wish all companies lived up to First Fence's standard of customer care.

We had contacted 1st Fence for fence quote at our home. From the initial contact with the office, the site visit and estimate with Robert, a few conversations with George, and the installation, I was nothing less than impressed. We have a difficult hill that the crew had to deal with. The crew showed up on time and while the foreman walked the property with me, his crew was already getting the tools out and the lumber was being placed in its proper locations. I was amazed at how diligent the crew worked and the quality of fence that they built. I asked the foreman how long the project would take, expecting him to say 1 1/2 days, but was surely surprised when he said that they would finish in one day. I checked in a couple of times throughout the day and could not believe the progress they were making. The crew finished the job in one day, as promised. When completed, the guys picked up all scraps/ trash and spread the dirt from the post holes so that I didn't have to. I have been planning this project for some time now and have no doubt that we picked the right contractor for the job. I know who I will be recommending to my friends, 1st Fence of Georgia. The fence is built very well and all of the posts are in concrete, and they used 6x6s on my gates which I had to request in quotes from other contractors. Good Job 1st Fence! My next fence will definitely be a 1st Fence!!

The estimator was very personable, but slowly things changed. Felt very disconnected, but still gave this company my business because friends had used them. Paid deposit and then found out after I was promised a one day install it was now two days. Scheduled for 11/13 & 11/14, but changed it the next day for one day sooner. It's 10am on the install day and I called to find out they never actually changed it even though I have confirmation email saying they did. Scheduler apologized and offered the excuse of a lot of paperwork on her desk. So far not impressed and the fence hasn't even gone in.

They provided a bid on a commercial project, then when they were supposed to be on site they realized they forgot a portion of their bid and instead of calling to discuss they just didn't show up and proceeded to tell me "we don't have a contract" because they hadn't returned the subcontract after holding it for 5 months...don't use trust them and don't use them.

Just last week First Fence installed a new fence in our back yard. It was a challenging job in the woods, and having to connect up to other fences on each side of our property. The fence looks great, is well built, with all posts concreted in place. We have a standard 6 foot dog earned fence. The most awesome part is that there was a 16 ft section of fence that did not appear on the drawing because we had a contingency plan for that side of the yard, but First Fence had the extra supplies on hand and provided the 16 feet of fencing without charging beyond the estimate. The crew worked hard and finished in one day in 10 straight hours. All the cuts are good, it is level, and they placed the fence exactly as we specified, and they know how to read a survey too.

This company has no knowledge of how to put a fence up to code, their motto is fast and cut corners on every step. Therefore you shouldn't expect any work to last they say they put up 2000 fences a year I doubt any will last. The say its warranty, don't believe that BS. Please don't use this company. Unfortunately I did:-(

I had a fence installed on 3/14/12. It is a combo. 6', PTP, scalloped semi-privacy and 5' blk vinyl chain link. I believe First Fence is committed to quality and professionalism but I didn't get this impression from my interactions with my initial contact/estimator. He was not very responsive when I had questions prior to signing the contract and then he was nonexistent after I signed the contract. I placed 2 calls to him a week after signing the contract (and providing a deposit) that I still have not received a return call. Unfortunately since he was my point-of-contact, I mistakenly thought his inaction represented First Fence's company policy. From a customer perspective, the estimator is the face of the company. After not receiving a response from him, I called the office to find out when my fence might be installed since I had heard nothing from the estimator. I was very pleased with First Fence's responsiveness from that point forward. I was contacted immediately, a date was set for the fence installation, and the crew arrived as promised and constructed a high quality, beautiful fence. The fence exceeds my expectations. I have told others about my experience and would recommend First Fence for its quality product, stellar warranty and professional fence installation crew. But I advise them to contact the office if their estimator is unresponsive. I would hate for them to miss out on the First Fence experience due to an unprofessional estimator.

We did the 3 estimate routine and these guys came out on top. From the quality product and lower price, to Shane Oliver (no pressure sales guy) and Eymarett (the first rate install guy) we were more than pleased. Shane provided a fair and accurate estimate and followed up with a polite no pressure follow up a couple of weeks later. We had a very complex install with easements, uneven landscape, multiple gates, curved lines, part wood, part aluminum, etc. Eymarett's install crew did everything we asked. He hit every curve we asked of him and maintained a beautifully smooth line on the top of the fence. I found out later that my boss has used them on multiple properties and he has had a perfect install each time.

Just had them put up a fence in my yard. The crew was great but the sales people will pull one over on you. Original price quoted was 3150 but since the salesman didn't measure back line of house (saw a pin in the ground and went with it), it went up an additional 270 dollars. Not only that, they then tell you free financing for a year but when they write up the contract they up the fence price 10% if you do finance with them....When I found that out I then said I will charge it on my own credit cards...their response to that was they are charged a fee of 3-5% to run the card so they wanted to charge me the fee even though it says nothing of the sort on the contract where it states you can pay by credit card. Just beware.....the work is good, but they seem to really stick it to you for every nickel and dime they can get from you. Only rating it a 2 as I could of saved 500 dollars if I would have went with the first fence company that I had give me an estimate.
