First Rate Siding, Window & Roofing Spe

I can not speak highly enough about this company. We explored several options for repairing the siding on our house. David offered a very reasonable rate to replace the decaying and old Masonite siding on our house and to paint the whole house afterwards. We've ended up with a beautiful house -- it actually looks new, and believe me, it's not. The entire experience was painless -- the contractors were there when David said they'd be, David stayed in touch the entire time, and the work product is simply exceptional. David's proposal was fair and open (unlike some of the other contractors we interviewed), and I was impressed with its professional and detailed nature. His workers were polite and efficient. I highly recommend David and his company.

We used First Rate siding for our very first time doing new siding and the experience was wonderful. David and all the crew were fabulous! I could not have asked for a better crew and a better job. David offered many tips and was always there when needed - but his crew did an exceptional job, even with two dogs running around. The painters, gutter people, and foreman, were absolutely amazing. David is highly recommended by both of us and if we ever need anything in the future, we will be using him again. It was a pleasure to work with every one of them. And our house looks great! Just had Hardie Plank siding installed on my house. The First Rate Siding people did a fantastic job. The painter from another company that did the paint for me complemented them on the quality of their work and the percision of their seams. They were accurate on their time and material estimates and left the work site clean and squared away. I highly recommend these professionals.

We used First Rate to re-side our house. All of the workmen performed work of the highest quality and each worker was very concerned about doing a good job and pleasing the customer. Many of the crew has been with the company for some time. The owner, David, visited the worksite daily to carefully review and inspect the job and how it was progressing. He has an eye for detail and is extremely meticulous and very easy to work with. He quickly responds to phone calls and makes many good (and money saving suggestions). His price on this job was very competitive.

We would recommend David and his crew without hesitation and would definitely use First Rate again should the need arise.

First Rate Siding was a pleasure to work with.
