Travis is great! My workouts are always evolving, and my body keeps changing. Also, I don't have to join a gym to work out with him. He's the most focused and attentive trainer I've worked with! I buy 25 sessions at a time!

Travis of Fit Lifestyles is great for personal training; he keeps the workouts interesting, and motivates me to step up my performance. I especially enjoy his positive, energizing spirit, and humor. Plus, after three months, I'd lost 20+ pounds, gained much stamina, and can see and feel much improved muscle tone. He makes the investment of time and money in personal training so worthwhile.
