this bootcamp is a great value for the money. it lasts for 6 weeks. most other camps are only 4 weeks. this camp adopts the "crossfit" type workouts which are dar better than just the running that you get in ohter bootcamps. this camp as a high retention rate.

I began my first Fitwit Boot Camp after a friend and veteran camper recommended the camp to me. I had been advised by my doctor to undergo a fitness routine and needed a program that would generate results and was something I would stick with for the long term. Although the first week of camp was very difficult, I was amazed at how supportive the trainers were as well as how motivating the veteran campers were. Everyone truly wants to see you succeed. I was especially surprised at how different my body looked after 3 weeks of camp. Friends and co-workers began commenting and the results were amazing. I am on my third camp now and consider FitWit to be my default fitness routine. It is never easy nor dull, but presents a challenge that I feel good about. In addition to the change in the way I look, each time I attend camp I leave feeling like I have conquered a big obstacle and that I am really doing something worthwhile both mentally and physically. I would highly recommend FitWit to anyone who needs to change their lifestyle and fitness routines or to anyone who is already in good shape but is looking for a constantly challenging fitness program that is also lots of fun.

I first joined FitWit in March of 2006. I was in the worst shape I had ever been in, just had a baby and was nervous about the whole idea of a bootcamp. Now I can't see my life without it. There is no way I would work out this hard on my own. They always mix it up so it is never boring...we use the outdoors and they have lots of equipment they bring out as well. There are camp socials, the blog...its more like I am going to hang out with my friends and I just happen to get in shape in the process. ALl the hard work pays off thanks to the great instructors...they are actual trainers which I love.
