My daughter has been working with Jeff for close to a year. Jeff has an upbeat personality which enables him to connect with and motivate people of all ages. He makes the training fun and I find my daughter looking forward to the next session. The result has been an obvious improvement in her game. Jeff is punctual, reliable and easy to get in touch with. I recommend him without hesitation.

He got me off my lazy - you know what - pushed me into some of the best shape of my life. I need to get my girlfirend and take some of his tennis lessons too. He is multi talented when it comes to personal training.
