I totally disagree with the recent review about FFA. First and foremost FFA is not a daycare WE are an academy! We have qualified and experienced TEACHERS not babysitters. Mrs. Ann, Mrs. Rokeya and Mrs. Jessica are awesome people with great parent service. In response the 8 year old child, we were not giving this information upon registration and was told once the child began to act out. The four year old not only began acting out at home but also at school, hitting teachers, kids and not listening but was ALWAYS showed respect and love because that is who we are. I am speaking as a teacher and I have been to other schools and this is beyond the best one yet! Mrs. Ann, Mrs. Rokeya and Mrs. Jessica continue doing an awesome job because you are awesome people with great energy! FFA Educator

RUN AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE! Five Forks Academy at Lilburn, turns out to be the worst place I found in about 6 years for my boys. I have a 4 year old that started acting out at home and telling me that they were mean to him at this school. He was so unhappy and I didn't realized until I took him out of there. The teachers, the director and the owner are very short tempered and very negative towards the kids. The teachers are inexperienced to work with kids, especially Mrs. Jessica who had a really bad attitude with my child. I actually talked about Mrs. Jessica with the Director and nothing was done. Regarding my 8 year old, I found him several times alone in a chair with his head down because he was not listening and not paying attention, of course, he has ADD and nobody at that center could understand how to approaching and help him. Please do believe the other bad reviews about FFA when people said they are rude, disrespectful, uncaring and cruel to kids and parents. The lack of customer service skills and education from Mrs. Rokeya, the Director, speaks volumes of this day care. The owner, Mrs. Ann, is rude and very unprofessional and I don't understand how these horrible people are allow to work with kids.

We have been taking our kid to FFA for about a year. The learning environments are pretty good but the turnover is really high. I suspect the teacher pay is pretty inadequate and the teachers stay there long enough to get some experience and then find a better paying job. Many times, the front desk is unoccupied. This is not good when a parent or grandparent shows up, uses the code to get in the door and scoops up the kids. There is no visual check by anyone to make sure that the person getting the child is authorized to do so. The codes for the door should be changed any time an employee leaves. I really hope that they will install cameras so we can see our kids online at any time (like many other daycares have.) I will continue to use this daycare because it's the best we could find within our budget and we don't want to make a lateral move to another daycare of similar quality.

I would like to address the statements of the review by stout71. The turnover rate overall in our center is below average. A review of the Staff bio's on the website will indicate the majority of the employees are long term. Several staff have relocated due to travel time and gas prices. Several employees have been reassigned classes due to their strength with a particular age group. I pay average to above average wages for this industry. The front desk is unoccupied at times because we do a head count hourly and on the half hour. We physically go room to room. The administative staff will assist with classroom managment as necessary. The door does have a security code to keep out those not allowed in without permission. In fact the code was changed on 5/12 due to an employee who was fired for threatening another employee. I will not install internet access to the camera system due to the fact that the security of such a system is extremely time consuming and expensive to insure that "creepy" people do not get access to the live feed. I do appreciate the opportunity to clarify the statements made by stout71. Please come visit and tour our center. Thank you. Ann Weeks, BSN, Owner/Operator of Five Forks Academy.

Five Forks Academy, both facility and staff set themselves aside from every other daycare I've heard about or visited. They are definitely without a doubt #1 in our books. Our son, who will be 2 years old in November, has been with Five Forks since 8 weeks old. He has grown in so many aspects of his life. The care and learning experience given to him from infanthood through to toddler surpasses anything we could ever imagine. Growing up,I always wanted to be stay at home mom because I was terrified of the idea of leaving my child with anyone else. The staff at Five Forks has completely put my mind at ease and now I could never imagine my son anywhere else. He has been given so much and we have the peace of mind that day to day he will be in wonderful hands and protected to the max all while learning and growing his knowledge and imagination to the extreme. What's even more, Ann, Teri, Carol and each teacher on the staff interact, play and read with each of the kids on a daily basis. The kids learn to be respectful and courteous to others all while learning to sing their ABCs and count in Spanish! In our opinion, Five Forks should be at the top of everyone's mind when choosing a daycare for their child. We absolutely love Five Forks Academy and God-willing will NEVER go anywhere else. We recommend this school to anyone wanting to provide their child/children with the utmost top notch education and care possible. Nothing comes close.

Our eight-month-old son is in the care of these kind people, attending the five-day program for the wee ones. As any parent can probably relate, finding daycare to nurture your child as you do can be overwhelming. We feel we've found more than we could have hoped for at Five Forks Academy. The employees there, as well as the owner, create a warm and welcoming environment. The teachers in the infant room are cheerful, attentive, gentle, and try to listen and be accommodating to the best of their ability. The room is refreshingly organized, with the teachers maintaining a system to try to help keep the little ones, and parents, happy. The teachers also seem to work very well together. And, even at this young age, the babies are continuously involved in activities, including creating wonderful artwork (that really makes us feel special, too). We also absolutely love that they have a bit of outdoor time, when possible. The facility is quite clean, inviting, and comfortable. The tuition is reasonable for the area, and is, in fact, less expensive than similar programs in the area. From our experience, we can recommend infant care at Five Forks Academy as truly exceptional.
