There was a line when we arrived. The gentleman informed us, 20 minutes! It turned out to be more like 40 minutes. Everyone was as polite as they could be, except for some of the diners, considering how people seemed to be crushed into the waiting area adjacent to the bars. The gentleman that seated us remained polite at all times, and asked my name when he forgot it. Our server was equally polite-- I love it when they put the napkin in your lap for you! before our meal came we had wine and three types of baguette were brought. All very delicious. We had the Very Adult Mac and Cheese (heart attack in a brick, but soo good), then the sauteed spinach and the delicious mushrooms. Though we ordered the fiber to offset the obviously unhealthy mac and cheese, these were loaded with butter, which was delicious. Don't eat here if you are watching your weight. Ambiance is quite nice: dark, with mirrors, and a flowing, modern wave pattern to their ceilings. So, be prepared for the wait, prepared for a delicious feast, and very polite service.

We've gone to Fix a number of times now, and each time it was great! They really take care of locals very well and their "Forks" dish is fantastic!
