The owner sent out a tech person to fix a piece of exercise equipment. The person wasn't able to fix it right then and said the owner would order the piece of equipment that was needed and get back to me. $105 and six months later, it still hasn't been fixed. When I tried calling to ask what was happening the owner didn't answer my calls. When I finally managed to talk to him he promised to try to order the piece and get back to me within two days, but never did. The local fitness equipment store that had recommended him to me is no longer using him, and they said they have had multiple complaints about him.
