We had Flawless Painting paint the exterior of our home, including reglazing windows and paint our deck. Flawless was hired as the sub-contractor by our general contractor. The glazing around all... of the windows turned black shortly afterwards because the windows weren't primed, the glazing wasn't allowed to cure properly, and cheap/incorrect paint was used. The paint on the deck soon began to peel everywhere, again because the deck wasn't primed and cheap/incorrect paint was used. My general contractor contacted Scott and pretty much forced Scott to send out two illegals (I've only ever seen illegals working for Scott) to fix the windows. They came and I saw that they were preparing to "repair" much of the bad glazing with silicone caulking, which would ruin the windows. I asked the workers about it and they told me "That's what Scott told us to do." Both openly said that using caulking was the wrong thing to do. As for the peeling deck, Scott would not fix what his people caused. Ultimately Scott made up some crazy excuses to try to get out of doing the work correctly and told his two illegals to leave and not finish the repairs. We hired Alex to paint a few rooms and were very happy with the result. The painters were all friendly and respectful and worked overtime several days to get the job done. Would definitely recommend you contact Alex for a professional and efficient painting experience!

I decided to have my home painted for a last minute evening event. A friend suggested Flawless painting in Marietta. I met with the Owner immediately off the top he was quick to respond to the short notice, professional, and quite funny with his outgoing personality. He priced out the 2 rooms I was considering and gave me the time frame for the job. I was extremely impressed. I have an over 8,000 square ft home. I not only painted those 2 rooms but have now completed the entire refresh of interior and exterior. His crew was fantastic. Only encountered a small issue with one of the sub painters and Alex was the first man on the site and he personally fixed it himself. It wasn't a major thing but , WOW for that type of service.. Great company and great service.. My home looks fantastic.. Beyond a great deal for both the money and the service...

We hired Alex and Flawless Painting to do a very large painting job for us. He reassured us that it would be done thoroughly and in a professional manner. Well, it was far from professional or flawless! The painters could not paint a straight line, trim paint was painted over the trim onto the walls and wall paint onto the trim. Corners were literally not painted and they painted right onto my wood floors and stone fireplace. Doors, sections of trim and walls, and above the cabinets were not even painted. My bathroom sink was completely ruined as the painters used it as the cleanup station and dripped paint onto the cabinet below. Paint splatters cover my walls, floors and steps.The contractors placed a lien against my house before the job was ever finished and the owner, Alex, demanded full payment regardless of the damage done. He accepted zero responsibility for the damage done to our home and in turned blocked our calls for a full week while we were trying to resolve this. We have spent $1000s on legal fees that they brought on us. And to boot, the owner showed up with a bottle of wine on which should have been the last day of work. I thought it was a gift until he asked for an opener and a glass and proceeded to drink the bottle. I was speechless! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company we've ever experienced!

We recently hired "Flawless" to paint our living room from the tradition dark stained wood panels to a bright cream color with an accent color for the trims. The owner Scott promised flawless results and gave instructions to his foreman with us present. A two person crew came sans the foreman the next day to prime and prepare the room. The foreman came on the 2nd day with another painter to pick up where the other guys left off. And then again they were replace by the 1st crew the day after. We noticed right away that the work they were doing started to show signs of poor workmanship as a result of this inconsistency and carelessness. For example, they would paint over the dirt and dust left on the surfaces without cleaning them up first. We contacted Scott in the morning of the 3rd day wanting him to come check the work before another work day started. He said he was "out of town" and couldn't come. And so the shoddy work continued. In a nutshell, in an attempt to stop this project from turning into a total disaster, we had to constantly check on the progress and were embarrassed and exhausted to tell, repeatedly, the painters to fix the problems as they occurred. Even so, their work turned out sub par at its best. A three-day job turned into a full week and Scott the owner only begrudgingly agreed to a final walk through after we refused to pay! The foreman came for a final touch-up the next day as if to put band-aids on a terminally ill. What a nightmare!

As the owner of Flawless Painting, I take a complaint like this very seriously. I sincerely regret that the customer is unhappy with their recent painting project. At the completion of the project, the customer expressed to me how pleased and appreciative they were of our work and the final results. When a customer has an issue following a project, they will contact us to request a follow-up visit to discuss and resolve it. To my knowledge, this customer has never contacted or called us to discuss their issue. This project required painting their stain grade wainscoting/trim in their living room. We carefully explained; when paint is applied to stain grade wood, that the grain and any imperfections will still be visible and will not be a picture perfect finish. The customer said they completely understood and agreed to our final proposal. I explained the project would take approx. 3-4 days. We never promise a deadline due to the fact that there may be customer changes/repairs that become evident once the home is being prepped. The customer originally specified a blue metallic paint, which she supplied. When she saw the wall painted, she didn't like the color once she saw it applied. She asked us to change it to a light blue, non-metallic paint, which we gladly did. We repainted and I even discounted the cost to repaint it for her. Upon prepping the room, our crew found wood rot under a palladium window which required additional repairs for replacing the damaged trim. We kept her informed daily of any changes & submitted a detailed list and pricing for her final approval before completing the additional work.
When the customer contacted me regarding her concerns for the project I was unfortunately out of town. In no way, did I perceive that I was being coerced to meet with her based on a threat of non-payment. On the contrary, once I returned to Atlanta, I re-arranged my schedule to meet with her immediately. I even told her to not give me the final payment until we completed her "punch out" list and was completely satisfied with the final results.On arrival, I carefully noted all of her concerns and I returned the following morning at 9:30 am, as promised, with a crew to touch-up the areas she had addressed. I even found additional areas that we touched-up as well. I scheduled two of our painters to complete the work that same day. She expressed how pleased and appreciative she was with the final results and wrote us a check. In no way, was I or my crew under the impression that she was unhappy or displeased which is why this complaint is so troubling. If you check our references, web site and history with the BBB, you will find that we are a company of integrity and take extreme pride in providing high quality, custom painting for thousands of home owners and businesses in metropolitan Atlanta for over 13 years. We realize that pleasing everyone 100% of the time may be difficult but this is our intention 100% of the time.

Contractors painted the entire exterior of our old house, both stucco and wood trim. The trim was in pretty bad shape and required many repairs. They did a fabulous job. We are so pleased with the way everything turned out. They did extremely meticulous prep for the whole house. Our house looks beautiful now. I would recommend them very highly.

After getting quotes from several painting companies, I chose Flawless not because they were the low bidder but because of the precision of their estimate and the excellent pre-project attention Ben, the owner, paid to my questions and concerns. I had absolutely no regrets throughout the five-day job at the end of September. (I've been remiss in not posting this review sooner.) Omar and Oscar worked tirelessly and neatly for the first three days, replacing many cedar boards and doing caulking and sealing. Before leaving every evening, they did a spotless cleanup. The staining of the house took another day, and on the final day they painted the trim. When finished, they labeled the leftover cans and left my property broom clean. Each day, Ben came to make sure all was being done to my satisfaction. The next day, I noticed a couple of minor items that needed attention, and Omar came to take care of them. My house now looks brand new. I cannot recommend Flawless Painting more highly. They live up to their name in both performance and service.

I was so nervous to go with a company I had no first-hand knowledge of, but taking a leap of faith with Flawless was definately the right decision. Stuart was our contact man, and he spent a ton of time with us - in person (which no other company I contacted even suggested doing) to answer questions before, during, and after painting the exterior of our house. Omar and the crew were fabulous - very friendly AND professional, and the end result looks even better than I had anticipated! I highly recommend this company. Thanks, Flawless!

We hired Flawless Painting to paint the exterior of our home and our arbor. The team was professional and did a fantastic job. The prep work they do ahead of time is great and the paint job was perfect. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend the company.

I am not impressed. They "borrowed" tools from my husband without asking (they did apologize but still...). I found a can of sampler paint that they used in the powder room which clearly states it's not to be used for painting (because it needs to be sealed). As the week wore on they got sloppy - they stopped wearing shoe covers like I'd asked and now my carpets need to be cleaned again. One guy tracked sheet rock mud through the kitchen and dining area. I found a wet roller on the carpet downstairs. They washed the brushes out in the laundry sink - I had requested they all be rinsed outside. There were areas that clearly needed to be sanded or mudded that they just painted over. If Omar was the only one painting then I think the job would have been flawless - he's very good at what he does. I can't say the same for the other guys. The clencher for us was that Scott never followed up after the job was "done". He didn't come inspect the guys work or even collect payment - we gave it to Omar. The whole experience left us feeling sorry that we'd hired them. I used a different painter to paint our other house and wish I'd used him for this house. C'est la vie.

As the owner of Flawless Painting, it is very disappointing when we receive a review like this. For over ten years, we have been servicing homes and businesses in North Atlanta, and we pride ourselves on exceeding our customer's expectations. I certainly want to extend my sincere apology for your experience however your account is not entirely fair. One of our crew members borrowed a tool without asking; they personally owned up to it, returned it and apologized. It was an honest mistake; not a malicious one. I remember our conversation regarding the shoe covers and it was resolved immediately. This is the first I learned of your carpets requiring cleaning, brush cleaning, tracking sheet rock mud or painting preparation concerns. If a home owner has a problem, we ask you to simply speak with the Crew Leader or you can call me, personally, at any time to resolve any questions or problems you may have. It is impossible for me to resolve a situation, if I do not know about it.
We have the privilege and responsibility of painting hundreds and hundreds of homes in Atlanta each year; unfortunately it is humanly impossible for me to physically follow-up at the end of each project, that is part of the responsibility of our crew leaders including the final inspection, scheduling any additional touch-ups including payment collection. We didn't and generally don't require any deposits or partial payments for residential projects and this is how we do business; which we discussed before the project began.
You also requested us to do some additional touch-ups on the same day you called. We went out of our way to accommodate your schedule and we came out in less than a half day's notice which is not standard company policy. Hopefully, we will have another opportunity in the future to service your painting needs.

We used Flawless Painting for a complete exterior paint job on our house, trim, and deck, plus repairing several areas of LP siding and rotted trim boards. Beautiful job! I was most impressed by their courtesy - so polite, always keeping me informed of their schedule, asking permission to work on Sunday, etc. Attention to detail was superb. I asked them to re-do one of the repair jobs and they were so helpful and accomodating. AND, no language barriers to overcome. Each project manager speaks English/Spanish fluently so I was not concerned about having to explain specific needs or concerns like I have with other contractors. Sergio and his crew did our house and did not miss a thing. The house looks beautiful & brand new.
