Our vet had recommended this company and so we called for service. The answering service picked up at 10 am and informed us that no one was available and that they were at training. At 10 am there was no one in the whole company available! That was the First Red Flag. We called back at 1:30pm and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When they eventually picked up the phone, we were told that they would have a representative call back. Huh? Second Red Flag. At 3:30 pm, the owner calls, "so how can we help you?".. no apology? Well, I felt it necessary to let him know about his poor customer service. Instead of listening, he responded "Go find someone else". Well good luck buddy, the clinic is no longer recommending you to their clients. To further update.. We just received a text from the owner.. He said that we should have thanked him for taking the time to call while on vacation. He also used profanities in his text and that we should not call back his company. Stay away from this company!! This is crazy!
