Had my E-class service at henderson and sahara locations. Henderson left a rubber glove in the air cleaner box causing the car to stall getting on 95 @ eastern. The dealer never once made any attempt to say they were sorry, but; did want to give me a free car wash. Next went to sahara for a B service they left the gas line clamp off the fuel injection causing the car to start smoking in middle of sahara during rush hour. Again they did not care one bit but;they did want me to prove ,that maybe my wife my might have loosen the gas line. These are any thing butt; a MBZ dealer more a Yugo dealer.

I drove up to the dealership in a rental car (a Toyota), weighing either purchasing a Mercedes or a Volvo. Maybe I should have driven up in a Bentley in order get some recongnition from a salesman, because nobody gave me the time of day, and I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable in the waiting area. Luckily, I had an appointment with someone (who WAS very nice and helpful, as was the receptionist), but if I'd just come in off the street sans appointment, I don't feel I would have been given the time of day. Needless to say, a new Volvo, from Volvo of Las Vegas, is sitting in my garage, and I LOVE it!

I own a 1989 300E in mint condition. I have only taken it to be serviced by Crown Mercedes Dealer in Florida. When I moved to Las Vegas I went to Fletcher Jones for my next service. I was sent away. Told that they prefer to work on newer cars that are under warranty and that I should try and find a shop that will work on older Mercedes. WTF!!! I was so mad. A Mercedes dealer that refuses to work on a Mercedes. This dealership needs to work on all Mercedes. Not just the easy repairs. I take pride in the fact that I have a complete service manual. Thanks to Fletcher Jones. I no longer can say that only a Mercedes dealer has worked on my car! There really needs to be another Mercedes dealer in town. I think some compitition would be good. I think it is wrong to let 1 dealer hold the monopoly in this city. Especially when that dealership (Fletcher Jones) is so rude!

Yep, it is a Mercedes, great service center wainting area. You will build a relationship with your service advisor, they are that good. Kudos to Dennis Eich. A little pricey but like I said, it is Mercedes.
