February 2012 we had new carpet installed in our whole house by Flooring 2Day. We went with the carpet highly recommended by the Salesman. After 8 months, the carpet began to show traffic patterns and look dirty. Only 2 people live in our house and we have no pets. After 1 year we asked Flooring 2Day to look at this as we were highly disappointed in the product. Adam from Flooring 2Day looked at it, had a representative from Mohawk, the manufacturer look at it and although they admit it looks bad, they refuse to honor any warranty. Flooring 2Day blames the manufacturer for everything and says they have no responsibility even for recommending the product. He admitted they no longer sell it or recommend this carpet. We had it cleaned by their recommended cleaning company with no change in the dirty looking traffic patterns. The carpet cleaning company thought it looked older and more worn than an 11 year old carpet he had just cleaned. We spent over $5,000. for a carpet that looks old and worn out after 1 year. The 25 year warranty is useless. This company refuses any restitution.

Flooring project started 2/14 (3-4days)approx finish time. 18 days later still not finished. Tried to use inferrior tile and mask it by increasing the grout line from 1/8 to 3/16. Customer service rep pressed sub-contractor to use inferrior tile. Home was destroyed for 16 days now and no compensation. This company lied and does not care about the customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

This company laid our floor incorrectly. To our surprise when we arrived back home after they finished. We let them know before they finished with the grout that it was not laid properly. They told us it wasn't their mistake, even after their install guy admitted to us that he didn't know how to lay it the way we wanted it. We were not made aware of that up front. They told us it was our fault and they were not willing to fix it. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would definitely look elsewhere!

In July I posted a negative review. After months, they did finally finish the job and I paid them. It was a pretty terrible experience, but I was ready to move on. Then yesterday on 10/19/2010, Flooring 2Day had a woman call me and in a 'sweet' voice said that if I didn't remove my negative review then they would take me to court. I couldn't believe this. Isn't Kudzu free speech? I didn't say anything that was untrue in my original post and like all Americans, I am entitled to my opinion. I personally would never use them or recommend anyone else use them. There are so many other companies out there to choose from, so choose wisely. This was a truly awful experience. My entire job was 800 square feet and it took months, with the company being rude and giving me the run around the entire time. Just terrible. If they truly take me to court for this post, you will see me on Channel 3 news :) Good luck all. Jason

If you are looking for a great deal on flooring this is the place to go. I could not believe the selection Flooring 2day brought to my home. Prices were affordable, but their great staff is what sold me.

Did a wonderful job. Definitely went the extra mile. We chose this company over 2 other. Our choice was based on experience, reviews, knowledge and personality. Never felt like a customer, but more like a friend.

I felt like the rep that came to my home was trying to help me instead of take advantage of me by selling me stuff I didn't need. He was very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Got a flyer in the mail so I called a salesman out to give us a price quote on laminate flooring. Salesman was great, knowledgable and had a ton of wood samples. Price was very good with promos. Flooring was scheduled and the installers were on time and professional. Did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. Before you hire anyone check their BBB record. A few of the flooring companies you see on TV have terrible BBB ratings and one large company has had their membership revoked.

This company did an excellent job, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Their installers did a quality job even when they could have gotten away with short-cuts. We are very pleased with the results.
