Will never shop at this store again
To begin with I was told the carpet I ordered would either be in stock and would be available in 3 days or if it had to be ordered would take no more than 2 weeks by the Store Manager at KOP. It took over three weeks to come in and when it was delivered I was told it was damaged and would have to be reorderd. I thought it was strange when they said the reorder would be there in a week. It took a week and a half, not bad, but when the installer's came to lay the carpet it was to short. In the meantime while laying the carpet a glass clock in my kitchen fell off the wall from all the banging and broke in a million pieces. No one offered to pay for it. After waiting two weeks the other piece was finally delivered and layed. Through this whole ordeal, I had to speak with the owner of the company since the manager became curt and told me I had the option of going somewhere else to get the carpet. I responded that was crazy since I had waited, given a deposit and paid for the measurment which turned out to be wrong anyway. I cannot express strongly enough how I would not do business with this company again. I have orderd carpet before from other stores and would absolutely go back to them.
