Best Service and Personal Attention
Rob Kalpak's attendance to prompt and personal service is superb. He provides a great variety of choices for all aspects of traveling. He has been handling trips for me for a few years, and he provides superior service with additional options only he can acquire. I highly recommend Rob for any size traveling situation.

Christmas Cruise
Planning a trip for nine people is never easy, but scheduling the trip for the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve can be a nightmare. However, Rob made it the easiest trip ever. He handled every detail from the hotel on the night before the cruise to our accomodations on the ship. He even took care of booking our "off-ship" excursions. All we had to do is show up and have a great time. Working with FlySmart is the way I'll travel from now on. Thanks Rob!

Easiest Ever
Working with Rob and Flysmart.com was the easiest and most enjoyable travel booking experience ever! The turn around for answers/results was 24-48 hours and Rob got us the trip we wanted that was in our budget. My husband and I will always use Flysmart.com from now on. Its a no-brainer.

Wonderful service
Rob booked the flights & cruise for our extended family. He upgraded our rooms and placed us in "my time" dining (which gave us a lot more flexibility in dinner times). He also provided us with chocolate covered strawberrieswhich were AWESOME, I might add! And then provided a birthday cake for our family to enjoy. We have never felt so pampered!! Spread the word..Rob's the BEST!! :)...
