Duey has a nasty arrogant attitude, definitely not customer oriented. Customer no service is his specialty. If you like dealing with a nasty arrogant doctor, than this is the guy for you.

Despite the posting date this review is no less than 6 or 7 years old. Nevertheless, it is true that some patients might mistake my confidence in what I do (I've been doing this for no less than 40 years) as arrogance. It is also true that many patients do things to their eyes that are less than smart! As a doctor I often have to point out their foolishness and this can be embarrassing/humiliating to patients, but I often need this "shock" factor to get them to stop what they are doing before they do serious harm to their vision. Fortunately this is not a daily event and the majority of patients enjoy my manner and the quality of my care.
I have been going to Dr Duey for over 15 years - for most of those years he was the optometrist for a large department store near my house; then he opened his new office and I have to virtully plan a half day expedition to get out to see him (when another doctor on my plan is just down the street) but I do it because he is just that good)! Someone must not have any sense of humor.
