This company has the worst customer service. I travel most of the time, and not home, so therefore on this past weekend I did NOT leave any bottles out to be replaced. The delivery man choose to leave replacements anyway. The water was taken, and the company still is making me pay for water when I did not want replacements in the first place. The first customer service agent I spoke with stated the delivery man should not have left water if you left NO empty bottles. Why would the customer have to pay for the company's mistake? Fed up with Fontis!

Fontis has been a cost efficient and effective change for us. We had so many issues with Crystal Springs that we needed a change. I discovered Fontis through some research and they have been fantastic. The quality of customer service and cost friendly product is exactlty exactly what we love.
