They Are Awesome!
I went into the store expecting people to sell me shoes and be high-pressure. The EXACT opposite. After they measured me (when did we last have that done), did various computer scans and showed me shoes - they told me that the shoes weren't the only answer. The foundation was the most important (orthotics). I tried on a pair of Chung Shis that were HEAVEN. I ended up getting both because of the way they didn't seem to want to sell me shoes, but were more concerned with the whole package. The staff is knowledgeable and really cares!
