Footloose

I like the shoes here, so I give it a 3. I would give 5, but I didn't like the customer service in both of the locations (Shadyside and the Galleria). Service was all right in Shadyside, but it was HORRIBLE in the Galleria. I felt like they were rac ist (Galleria location). It doesn't matter if you're white, black, asian, hispanic, even if you have money. But as long as you're caucasian, they'll cater to you. Anything else - good luck. Usually if I experience bad customer service, I brush it off and still purchase the items. But I was so turned off, especially the last time I went there. I'm going to spend that $500+ somewhere else. And this is my experience after visiting the Galleria location quite often. I'm going to start shopping at the Shadyside Footloose.
