I have been to several metro Atlanta optometrist's offices over the past several years and this is my best experience yet. Dr Wyatt is professional and gave me a tip about my irritated eyes and wearing contacts that I have never heard before. Also, Dana and others I worked with help me get a good price on glasses and contacts. With their special discount I was able to get two pairs of glasses for a good price, and the glasses fit and look great. Thanks For Eyes!

I don't understand where these negative comments are coming from. I've purchased glasses at this store for 5 years and have always received great service. Keith and his staff are great.

Very rude staff & I'm still waiting on contacts after 3 weeks. After the 1st week I called & was told that they forgot to place my order. After the 2nd week I was told once again they forgot to place the order. 3rd I was given temporary contacts that are not the right prescription. I do not understand why it takes so long to order contacts but it only took about an hour after my appointment for the money for the contacts to come out of my bank account. I will never return to this location again and If I could give them 0 stars I would!

I don't know whether the prescription was incorrect (Dr. Oatman) or the optician delivered the wrong lenses, but I ended up with glasses that are unusable. They should have thrown in a dog and a white cane with these glasses. And because I am past the 90 day warranty period, they want me to pay more to correct the problem. In 50 years of eye exams, glasses and contacts, this stands out by far as the worst service/product I've ever had.

I went to get my frames repaired recently (which I bought there) and a woman by the name of "Paloma" was extremely sassy and rude. I felt like i was on a reality TV show and she was showing off. It was a good example of how rude and obnoxious Atlanta is becoming as a city and I'll never go back.
