I have been to lot of Quick oil change places. I had been told that Formula 1 was good. They did'nt disappoint. The place was clean, the guys knowledgeable, and the service quick. They covered all the bases. I'll be back. Dave P

Before taking a long trip I stopped by Formula-1 to check them out to do a LOF. I specifically asked the guy if they checked ALL of the fluid levels. He said yes and pointed to a sign that showed all the different fluid levels that were to be checked. I said okay and they did the LOF. I got to Vancouver, WA and the transmission blew up. I had it towed to Clark County Transmissions to be repaired. I was told by the repairman/owner the reason it blew up was there was on oil in the differential. In fact the plug that needs to be removed to check the oil had NEVER been removed. He showed me how caked on the grease, oil and dirt were around the plug. All this cost me was $3,125 for a new transmission, $100 for towing and $350 to rent a car. The Formula-1 guys were too lazy to remove the plug and check the oil which is also their stated written policy. John S.
