I joined Formula Fitness over a year ago and have since met new friends, I'm getting in better shape, and couldn't be any more pleased. The hours are very convienent, affordable monthly dues with no contract, and the friendly staff is always ready to help me. Thanks guys for turning my life around, Susan.

If you sign up for monthly autopay, they will constantly rip you off without your knowledge, unless you scrutinize each statement. For instance they have been running their monthly special for years, 19.99$ a month, guess what, if times are tough their unscrupulous accountant will charge you $29.00 and say it was because it was a late charge. A late charge on autopay!!!Then because they said the account was late, they will charge you another $29.00 fee. Wow so if you went to this place thinking it was a cheap place for only $19.99 a month, you end up paying 3x that amount in ""late charges"" on AUTOPAY!!!Stay away if you don't want to run into a health club scam, these people are the worst of them all.

Terrible customer service. I have never been treated so rudely. They made a mistake when taking money out of my account and refused to pay it back. Then when I called them about it they were extremely rude to me and said they would call me back the next day and weeks later they still hadn't. I continued to call them to try and sort things out only to get the response ""We're working on it."" I still didn't get my money back months later. Horrible. I wouldn't wish this place or experience on anyone.
