Forsyth Exterminating

Raymond came out and placed a trap in my attic. When I checked the next morning we had a raccoon. Raymond came out, removed the raccoon and spent an hour or more making a thorough search for any babies before locating two in a very difficult place to reach. After he removed the babies and left i thought I heard another one and called him. He said he would turn around and be right back. He came back, located the last one in another area and said to call him if I heard any thing else. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I will call him anytime I have need of an excellent technician and recommend him to anyone I know who has need of this type of service.

we have had cooks pest control for 8 years, but we still had an invasion of rats they couldn't handle. Raymond at Forsyth knew just how to get rid of them and he did. Rats were on all three floors of our house in large numbers. If we see signs they are trying to come back, Forsyth is right back here and takes care of it.

This company has been servicing my home for many years. Leroy recently visited my home and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Every employee I have ever dealt with has been very professional, and it has been a true pleasure working with Forsyth Exterminating over the years.

Had raccoons in the attic. The first day of work their insulation vacuum broke, so they decided to pull down the ceiling and let the poop infested insulation into the main living area of the house, including the kitchen. They helped themselves to our tools. Expect daylaborers that don't speak english to be left unsupervised in your house. They dropped trash, masks, and gloves on the ground inside and out. I have poopy insulation still covering my yard. The workers rifled through the belongings in the house and they didn't fix the damage they left behind. Run away from this company as fast as you can. - Update - Raymond is awesome after being sent to clean up after Mario. Raymond gets 5 stars from me. I will deal with only him from now on if a warranty issue comes up. They can try and fix it, but they can't take back what was done to us and our home. I still stand behind my feelings of avoiding this company. Mario is the owner now and he is the one who lied, told excuses, cut corners, and produced shoddy work at a premium price. I wasn't born yesterday.

I am very happy to recommend Forsyth Exterminating to anyone needing help with unwanted critters in the house. They are prompt and courteous on the phone and for appointments. They got rid of our attic squirrel problem a couple years ago and we have had no problems since. Today we were again very pleased with one of their associates, Raymond, who removed bird nests from a bathroom vent pipe and then added screening to prevent a reoccurrence. I feel that Forsyth Exterminating truly appreciates its clients and I applaud this company and their associates on a job well done and another very satisfied customer.
