We had a sales pitch and quote done for a sunroom for our home. We put down a $1000 deposit with the contract agreement that we could cancel within a week and get our deposit back. We decided not to build the room and called to cancel as well as writing a letter to cancel. After repeated calls over the course of more than 1 month, we finally got our money back. It took a long time, too long really. Don't let them pressure you into making a decision at their "low pressure" sales presentation. It is high pressure and felt like buying a car. Just be prepared.

I called this company two years ago to have an estimate done. BEFORE they even came out to do the estimate I cancelled the appointment and told them I decided I was going to use another company to screen in my patio. To me, this is where the relationship should have ended. But, Four Seasons hired another phoning company in MO to call me several times a week and ask if I need their services. They would call at all times of the day including 6am on Saturdays. I wrote the BBB and the attorney general's office. I finally got some peace from their phone calls. Now almost 2 years later the phone calls are starting again. I have asked 3 times this week alone to have my name taken off their list and yet I keep getting phone calls. The calls are local as well as from New York. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT UNWANTED PHONE CALLS FOR YEARS!!!!!!!

One of our neighbors in Trilogy at Power Ranch has the same model as ours. He had enclosed his patio and we wanted to do the same. Four Seasons had done his and we also used them. Everything about the job has been very professional. The sub-contractor, Vince Romero of Romero's Remodeling and Handyman Services, was extremely nice to work with and did a very professional job. They were also right on time with the promises of Four Seasons (who also helped us get someone to lay a walkway with bricks removed from the old patio). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Four Seasons for any patio and sunroom work - THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!

We're glad we got Four Seasons Sun Rooms to build our sun room, although we had some schedule gaps, overall, the quality of workmanship and their product is the best in the line of their business. I will definitely recommend them to others. Now, our patio is our resort. Thanks to Four Seasons. We are happy with the result.

The Four Seasons sunroom has been the best investment I have made in my home, both in terms of $$ value added and enjoyment. Their team provided high quality service from start to finish. They even went above and beyond on a couple of occasions, helping me with issues such as finding someone to move my outside faucet and irrigation controls. They made what could have been a frustrating experience easy and pleasant. I love my room and the opportunity it gives me to enjoy the view from my backyard. My parrots also love this room and now consider it THEIR room. If you want a quality sunroom, Four Seasons is the one to call.

We recently completed the purchase and installation of our Four Seasons Sunroom. Let me start by saying that I am a "tough" customer and have a very high expectations of quality and workmanship. I explored MANY options before I decided to do a Sunroom, so I feel comfortable in saying BUY A SUNROOM. If you look at several factors including Quality, Appearance, Usability, and Affordability you will not find a better way to go. I added 400 square feet at below what you would pay to move OR for other types of remodeling. I spoke with several contractors before I met with Four Seasons. I was given estimates that would swing $20-30K, with Four Seasons I knew EXACTLY what I would pay. This is very important, NO SURPRISES. Also if you were to simply move to a bigger home your realtor fees would cost 1/4 to 1/2 of the Sunroom cost. That would be a poor choice, especially if you are happy where you live. Four Seasons did this project right. We worked very closely throughout the process, they have excellent staff both at the office but in the field. I did not feel "pressured" to make this purchase, I truly felt it was a mutual decision that we would do business together. On the technical side, Four Seasons was very thorough to ensure quality and satisfaction from the City of Chandler. The city building inspectors were very complimentary of the product and my final approval was a snap. I strongly recommend purchasing a Sunroom from Four Seasons.

We looked at several options for enclosing our back patio and Four Seasons Sun Rooms of Phoenix had the highest quality components for our project. We enjoy our sunroom everyday and feel that it has enhanced our lives. The cost of the project has returned to us in the added value and square footage of our home. Although it took a few days to complete the workmen on all the aspects of the project were friendly, polite and meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy with our Four Seasons Sunroom.

We have been thinking of turning our patio into a sunroom since we moved into this brand new home. We spent sometime to shop around and ended in their showroom. The person who helped us was wonderful however, she insisted that she couldn't give us any quote as all sunrooms are different. We were not convinced as we would like to know an estimated rate for the cost of a sunroom as in per sq ft. She strongly recommended an appointment to be set & will asked a sales person to come into our home to explain and take give us a quote. Finally, he came in and spent 2 hrs explaining their product (which we appreciate that). It was interesting that he asked about the cost of our home and sq ft. Based on that he made measurement of our patio and came up with a price quote which is FAR BEYOND our budget,he even told us the price he quote is near to the $ per sq ft of our house. It wasn't a pleasant experience as he left with comment such as :"If you don't purchase it now, you will NEVER purchase it." This is suppose to be a NO OBLIGATION, free estimate quote and how could a salesperson left with such comment. If they are going to give us some info about the estimated quote will be based on your current home per sq ft amount, it will saved their 2hrs and also our time. If you intend to get a quote, measure your floor area and estimate your current home price, do the maths and save some time.

At Four Seasons Sunrooms we endeavor to provide a friendly and highly professional in-home consultation. I am sorry that you felt otherwise. The training goal for our Design Consultant is to create a custom design that fits every lifestyle and budget. This process includes reviewing the current square footage of your home relative to its existing value. This is not done to create an estimate but to assist our prospective customers in their understanding of the building process and the costs involved utilizing comparative values. As for the alleged comment made by our Design Consultant, my apology for the way is was presented and that it offended you, many years of experience indicate that if customers do not take advantage of our first consultation incentives they will not purchase at a higher cost in the future. Please know that all customer feedback is important to us, thank you for your comments. Sincerely,
VP of Retail Sales - Western Region
Like many people, my husband and I have had bad experiences with contractors over the years. Some did shoddy work, others did not meet expected deadlines, and still others used materials that were inferior. However, our experience with the Four Seasons company has been nothing but excellent in terms of quality of workmanship, meeting of deadlines and quality of materials. In fact, once, when a small smear of concrete was left on the floor, we received a message from the project supervisor that, as soon as it dried, it would be cleaned. No other workers have ever been that conscientious on a jobsite. Also, our Four Seasons room was started and finished early. Few contractors provide such timely service. And the finished product? All our friends and family say how much they love our new room! We do too.
