A plumber for life!
We just bought our house and as part of the loan had some work done. Part of that included having a plumber inspect and fix any issues. We should have hired Frazier, because just a few months after closing we had some major issues that the other guys 'missed'.
After several visits from Frazier Plumbing, several problems were fixed. Caleb and crew replaced an old and leaking terra cotta pipe only to find that an another section of pipe was laid at the wrong angle leading to more backflow. So, the whole system (some parts nearly 100 years old) was bypassed with new pipe running the length of the basement before popping out of the foundation wall and reconnecting to the line that leads to the main lateral sewer line. But we were still having backflow issues and so Caleb came out a third time and sent a scope down the line, discovering this time, that the city sewer line under the street was collapsed.
After a few calls and faxes to the city, that evening a contractor was out marking the underground utility locations. This morning the City was out digging up the street fixing their pipe.
Frazier did excellent work, fixed what needed to be fixed and charged fairly. The extra work and coordinating with the City was an added bonus! These guys are definitely the kind of plumbers you keep!
