Very expensive. $65 for a cheap china tire, tube and installed, no discount for two. I can buy a car tire for that. The owner must be a millionaire. No other bike shop within a 25 minute drive and it shows.Last time I'll go back. :-(

Arrogant, Slow. Took bike in and they only had one tire for a common size. Tried to sell me a pair they did not initially like, then told me to drive to another one of our stores "only 10 min away". I was ok with waiting but they said Wednesday was the first day they could get to it with "delivery and all". 6 guys standing in a vacant store and I even asked to look at new bikes.

Highly recommend this local bike shop. Great repair service (in and out), quality bikes that come with quality sales staff to make sure you are purchasing the correct equipment.

The sales force at Free-Flite is knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The mechanics & sales workers ride with you during the group rides, and help you out if needed.

The people at Free-Flite helped me select a bike for my wife's birthday. They were not pushy and made sure I got the right bike. I bought a Trek 7100. You pay more than you would for a bike than at a mass merchant but you can't compare the quality.
