I was ok with waiting but they said Wednesday was the first day they could get to it with "delivery and all". 6 guys standing in a vacant store and I even asked to look at new bikes.

after talking to Peter in service on the phone yesterday he put a pair of road shoes and clipless petals aside for me. I came in today with my wife whom also own a silver 5200 fully carbon TREK road bike which she just loves it , To find they were just what I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgable. He gave me some good tips since this is my first bike. We plan to continue to do business with Peter in service and the free-flight store crew. I have a red TREK Y-FOIL road bike fully carbon I spent over $200 and will come back again thank you Peter .very pleased.

I took my jogging stroller to Free-Flite to get one of the tires replaced. The gentleman (I did not get his name; but his initial is MO) was very gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately came out to my car, took the jogging stroller inside and had the tire replaced within 5 to 10 minutes. They also seem to have great selection in bicycles. So, go in there and tell them the jogging stroller guy recommended them.

They helped me out a lot with a fork replacement project I had attempted unsuccessfully. I took all my stuff up there and they gladly accepted it and fixed the issues and got the new headset and fork installed and told me the mistake I'd make with the axle size and helped me get a wheel that would work with the fork I had brought. After it was all put together, Richard the service manager took the time to explain to me how the fork works, how to put air in it, what I needed for putting air in it, how to tell if it has the right amount of air for my weight, how to keep it clean, and made sure I understood my new fork requires regular service due to being fancy. Also they had some great deals in mid-April on clearance winter gear. Despite all the complications to my service (all of which were caused by my personal cluelesness), they still delivered my finished bike on the day they originally promised!

I was afraid to take my old bike anywhere for service. These guys got it running with some new and even some used parts they had. Saved me money and got it going great.
