Six months ago I was injured in a fall. I am presently using crutches to get around with limited walking. The rubber bottoms to my crutches wore completely out and I went to Freedom Medical Solutions, Hudson Plaza in Fayetteville, Georgia and purchased a new set of rubber stoppers for my crutches on October 5th, 2011. Five days later the metal crutches had completely wore down and there was a hole in the bottom of both of the stoppers. I was walking on a slippery sidewalk and almost had another bad fall because the bottoms of the crutches had worn down and it had only been 5 days since I purchased them. I went back to the store and asked if he could help me and replace them. The gentleman said absolutely not and accused me of mistreating the crutches. It had been 5 days and all I had done was walk with them. I was furious. He said "I hate it and have a nice day". There was absolutely no excuse in the way he talked with me as a customer. I have been out of work for 6 months because of my injury and he was not concerned nor did he care to be understanding at all. I have never been treated by a merchant like this. I hope no one ever uses this store for anything ever. He was a very cold hearted man who should not work in a profession where he deals with the public.

This place has been great to help my father with his many medical needs. We have used them to purchased many supplies to help with my father's parkinson disease. They are always very helpful and very service minded. You will not go wrong when you ask for their help.
