I was having horrible cramps. I have a history of PCOS but was also afraid my IUD may have become dislodged. I called several doctors to get an appointment for the next day. The only one who could see me on such short notice was Dr. Freeman. First warning sign - a lack of patients. The moment I stepped in the door, I became uneasy. The office was ghetto. The waiting room was sweltering with no A/C. They made me pay before I was even seen and didn't bother to file with my insurance first. Dr. Freeman's bedside manner was atrocious. She talked down to me. All she did was a swab and pelvic for $176! And then offered no possible explanations. She couldn't answer any of my questions. She was clueless. She didn't give me any medicine - no antibiotics in case it was an infection. Not even prescription strength ibuprofen to ease the discomfort b/c she said I wasn't sensitive enough to the exam. Was she blind? During the exam, I was crying when she poked and prodded like a school boy. Afterwards I began bleeding. I've been bleeding for 3-4 weeks now and can't afford to go to another doctor. I called the 800# they gave me to get my test results which you have to wait 10 days for (long time to wait for simple results). They were never made available. I called their office and left a message...they never called me back. Beware!

Dr. Freeman has been my OBGYN for over 5 years. She delivered my daughter nearly 4 years ago, and it was a much better experience than the delivery with my son. She performed a VBAC even after i had been prepped for a Cesarean at the hospital. She always takes her time with me at all of my appointments. She is the most genuine doctor that i have ever met. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. Some of the administrative staff changes that she has had have taken away from the customer service provided at the front desk, but her personal care in the exam room makes up for it. I recommend her to all of my friends and colleagues.

I was having complications with a health issue and she was very inconsiderate to the the complications that was having. I was in need of a refill on medication and because I was over due for a pap smear she refused to call in the prescription. My heatlh issue was set off because of hormonal changes due to my menstral cycle which was partially the reason why I couldn't come in for my pap along with financial issues. I will be switching to the Dr. Williams in Peachtree City. I heard that she actually cares.

Dr. Freeman, Was the best doctor we could have picked during my pregancy. She is efficient in everything. She talked to me like an older sister would; when I wasn't staying to what she told me to do. If something was wrong with my health, she would stay on top of it until it was better. The day I went into labor, she was at the hospital in DOWNTOWN ATLANTA from Fayetteville within 30 minutes. She had already made sure everything was in place before I even got there. I even recommended my niece to her. SHE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
