Initially took me 3 calls to get an appointment- the lady on the phone sounded very tired and hesitantly booked me for tomorrow. I ordered the express lane service and got my iPad back the same day with a new screen.

I'm one of those clumsy people who always breaks things so I've visited my share of repairmen. I found the level service at their french quarter location to be beyond what I am accustomed to at "Best" Buy. The engineers here make the geeks look like retards. The one time I called, the lady had sort of a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude but later they called me 2 days later to tell me it was ready. Keep in mind this is after 2 other shops and BB could not even define what is going on with my computer.

Don't trust these con artists, just some more of New orleans crooks, they will rob you blind and steal your info, just read all of their reviews, they need to be shut down for good, this guy that runs the place is nothing more than a crack head, he feels that people that takes their computers to him are idiots.

Please know that whoever runs the business at 2471 Burgundy is NOT the same owner as when French Quarter Computer Services was located on Chartres Street in the French Quarter. At that time Mike Anderson owned the business. He suffered a stroke just after Katrina, business died and he was forced to close the shop in late 2006. Mike had incredibly high standards and never would have allowed service like that I'm reading about here. I don't know who's running it now, but it upsets me to read these awful reviews. Just know that these new guys just stole the name and it's NOT the same business!

Worst service ever. Took 4 weeks for a repair. They are completely unorganized. Almost lost my power cord and when I went to pick it up they had no record of the deposit I payed. The service was horrible, when I called to see what was taking so long they had no idea when it would be done or why it was taking so long. At one point the receptionist didn't even know if they had my computer or not.
