Joi Rooks - owner of fresche is a master cosmetologist. She has trained with world renowned artist in the industry. Joi's education has evolved over the past 17 years by being a member of the Sebastian International Artistic Team for 13 years. Joi is also a certified corrective colour specialist under Roy Peters. Joi is a teacher in the industry on cutting, color, and styling. The staff at fresche receive monthly education from Joi updating their craft.
