Hats off to Fresh World! We are in the middle of a fairly extensive home renovation with SawHorse / The Hoots Group, and found ourselves with an ‘ill-functioning' AC unit last Friday. A call to our service provider (not to be named) revealed that although we are a ‘valued customer', they could not make it out to look at our unit until the following Monday afternoon! Are you kidding????? Living in Hotlanta in the midst of summer without AC is NO picnic! Matt Hoots and ‘Team Fresh World' to the rescue! A late evening call to our builder, Matt, and we were put at the top of the schedule for the next morning! They arrived right on schedule Saturday morning, and had us fixed up in no time at all! What a relief to have Matt and Fresh World in our corner! We are changing our Heating & AC Service Agreement as a result! Thanks guys! By the way - the renovation is coming together beautifully! What craftsmen these guys are! Cannot wait to enjoy the end result!
