Read hardly any of the info I had to fill out in the waiting room and did not listen all that well either, which was evidenced in his continually inaccurate dictation into his handheld device. (After a three-minute talk/evaluation, jumps right to dictation, saying just interrupt me if I get anything wrong. Well after about five interruptions, I was beginning to feel quite rude.) Yes, Dr. Friedman is very friendly, smiling. Maybe in this specialty only the tests matter and not the evaluation so the end result will be fine, but all I could think when I left was beep beep roadrunner. These kind of specialists are a dime a dozen. I experienced nothing special here, nothing warranting five stars.

I saw this doctor for some reflux issues. He was very kind and compassionate and took care of my issues completely. I haven't had any problems since and know that any time I have a question it will get answered. His assistant Steve is extremely efficient and always calls me back to answer my question or at least let me know he got my message. They work together as a great team and glad to have found this doctor!!

What other doctor would give you his personal cellphone number just in case you needed to talk? This is what this wonderful doctor did when he discovered a major problem with me! He is professional in every respectand caring! My highest endorsement goes to Dr. Richard Friedman!...

I went to see Dr. Friedman after seeing another doctor with whom I didn't feel comfortable (enough). Dr. Friedman is incredibly competent, intelligent, considerate and compassionate. He is very confident but caring enough to really listen. I can read people very well and I know he knows that he is a great doctor. Guess what? He's 100% on target! A rare combination of ability, knowledge, intelligence and compassion in a field where this type of person is a rarity indeed. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Friedman. I wish more doctors were like him. Hell, I wish more people were like him!! : )

Having dealt with many, many doctors over the years, Dr Friedman has surpassed everyone of my previous contacts by a very wide margin. He's compassionate, considerate,knowledgeable, humanitarian and an all around kind gentleman. What a treat in a field that's becoming difficult to tolerate and more greedy by the hour. If I move 400 miles away, I'll still commute to see Dr Friedman
