We had just bought a house and within a month we noticed a sewage gas smell, turns out the roots from the trees in the back yard had penetrated the cement sewer line from 1953 when the house was built. My house warranty people sent out a plumber who snaked the line and quoted us $2700.00 estimate to replace the line alone, the repair to the pipe under the house would have cost more. A co-worker recommended using friendly plumbing. I was glad I called. They came out the same day I called and quoted me $1500.00 to completely replace the line and fix the leak. Including the wait for the city inspection, the process only took 4 days to fix and now my crawl space is sewage free. Ask for Julio if you call. I highly recommend Friendly plumbing.
