I have been a FrontPoint customer since the very beginning, and have always been happy. What's to like? Well for one, the technology is tough to beat--it's purely wireless, so you don't have to worry about an intruder cutting a wire. Two, it's easy to setup and portable--I've had my system at five different locations through the years. Three, it's easy to add additional features. And four, customer service and monitoring are always quick and professional. You pay a bit more than the competition, but it's worth it.

I used ADT for 3 years it was a landline system with motion oand doors for 42 dollars a month and growing. The system would of been very easy to bypass, when away I had no assurence the systems was even operational. When I asked for Fire and Cell from ADT it was offered to me for the overinflated price of the equipment and 13 dollars more a month. Front Point takes care of the Fire, Cell, Equipment, and mobile monitoring issues for 42.99 same quality, same service

I will try to keep this short to prove my case. ADT allows for "smash and grab". Menaing: I can by pass your system if you have ADT. FrontPoint does not! They are best out there. ADT will lie about this. Google for more info.

Front point is super easy to set up, the customer service has been absolutely perfect, the security has worked perfect as well. It is super convenient to manage and monitor my security from my iPhone!

I begin receiving services through FrontPoint Security almost a year ago after experiencing a break in at my home. The security system arrived within just days of being ordered, was easily installed and is very affordable. FrontPoint has me covered from room to room in my home. When I'm not at home I can use the Alarm.com app own my iPhone to see live video, sensor activity history, and remote arm/disarm. Their regular support is open every day of the week with limited weekend hours, and their emergency support is open 24/7. I highly recommend FrontPoint Security as a simple DIY easy-to-use security system.
Isn't the smartphone app awesome? Being able to view a live video feed from your home, then immediately arm and disarm the system really brings the security of your home into the 21st century. Like you mentioned, our Support Team is always here should a question come up, and will always make sure your system is working at 100%

Frontpoint's service is in a class by itself. When I call I don't get sent to an automated message, I speak to an actual person on the other end that is really helpful in getting what I need done! Not only is the service first class but the installation is such a breeze! Also there are no wires ran through your house and no holes drilled in your walls! Front point is on the phone with you the whole way to guide you through the installation process to make sure your doing everything right. However my favorite feature of all is being able to turn your alarm system on and off right from your phone! There is a reason front point is number 1 in service and you can't find a negative thing about them on the Internet!

I've never had a security system at my home before, so in looking for a new system, I chose Frontpoint. And I'm glad I did as installation was very easy, as well as the number to call to get everything set up. Their customer service and technical support departments are very professional and courteous. I also like the fact that I can access my security system from a web browser as well as my phone. I highly recommend Frontpoint Security!

The alarm pricing from FrontPoint was very competitive. We were looking for a system that was wireless that we could install ourselves. We liked that we could add additional sensors anytime in the future at no extra cost. We have had the system go off due to our error and received a text notification within seconds of the initial alarm. We had the alarm go off when a motion sensor was alerted (likely due to the cat in the curtains right next to the sensor). We were out of town and Frontpoint called both phone numbers and had the police to our house promptly. Overall we have been very happy with the system and would definitely refer them again. All customer service representatives have been very helpful and we like that we can monitor our system and activate/deactivate it from our computer or phone. Finally their system had smash and crash protection which was a must for us. We have also moved to a new house and all we had to do was move the equipment and put the sensors on the doors. Then simply call FrontPoint with our new address. It was very easy and didn't cost us anything to move the security system! Highly recommend.

This is our first alarm system and we've been very pleased with the products and service. I like how easy it is to expand and change the setup. I also enjoy knowing that the thieves can't render the system useless by cutting a wire, there aren't any. Once the alarm is triggered Frontpoint is notified no matter what they do to the console. I recommend it to anyone wanting to keep their home and family safer.

We have been Front Point customers for about 4 years. We feel very secure in knowing when we are at our winter home down south our northern home is being watched over with the security system and our motion detection video camera. It's also neat to see the snow on my computer without actually having to touch it or shovel it.
