Yesterday, 07/25/2013, a few teenage boys were caught after breaking into several homes and taking multiple items. My house was one of those houses, except that they were unable to take anything. After throwing a hammer throw my glass back door my alarm went off. The glass sensor works great! Now knowing I had an alarm the boys took off without anything from my house. Frontpoint was unable to reach me and immediately dispatched the police to my house where they confirmed the attempted break in. Once Frontpoint was able to reach me they informed me of what had happened and that the police were there waiting and communicated to the police that I was on my way. You never know if having a system will help or if the glass sensor will work, but it does and Frontpoint did a great job. Thanks

Frontpoint Security is one of the best security you can get for your family. It has been voted as one of the best consistently on most review sites. It works on cellular connection so you don't need to rely on cable. The sales people are really nice and the tech support is very responsive. Adding more sensors or protection is a breeze. I will recommend this to anyone who is in market for home security system.

I have Had Frontpoint services for about 4 months now. It was very easy to self install, the worst part was the actually monitoring unit, only because I didn't want any wires showing. The peace of mind that the system gives you is incredible. The constant monitoring, and access it gives you to your house can be as limited or as in depth as you want to make your system.

After months of research, it was no surprise that Frontpoint came out #1. I have been a customer now for a couple of years and this is why i believe they are the absolute best: Their customer service is by far the best! They really make you feel comfortable and they really try to give you the best prices for EVERYTHING that you need to make your home safe. You even have the option to add on to it later. Also, Frontpoint's system is easily packed up even if you must relocate. Another thing, they aren't a local company so local disasters don't leave you unsafe!!!Video surveilance and home automation is offered too! Finally, my system can be accessed by the control panel, online, and i also have a remote!!! Frontpoint also has tutorials on their website teaching you how to use your equipment most effectively! I owe Frontpoint my life for keeping my husband, my children, and myself safe each and every day. The truth is...i really can't put a price on the feeling of security i get from my alarm company!!!When my husband is away...we all know we are ok...they truly must be extended FAMILY!!! "Thanks for helping me keep the ones i care about most in this world safe and sound, Frontpoint!! Your the best!!!" Funny story: I recently had a sales rep come to my home trying to get me to look at another company for home security. I got my first FrontPoint Security system in early 2008 following a break-in at my small business. A year later, when the crooks tried to break in my shop through a window and kicking down the door at one a.m., the system sent me an immediate text alert about the glass breaking, followed by a call from the alarm monitoring company asking if everything is OK. The police with canines were immediately dispatched, but the crooks were scared away by the alarm siren before gaining entry to the building! That's better than losing to thieves! Now my family and I have four more FrontPoint systems for our homes, second homes, and rental properties and have referred our friends, too. We've had our FrontPoint security system for over a year now and it's everything we wanted + more. After searching around with all the more familiar brand systems my husband stumbled across FrontPoint. The price of the system was among the lowest, but the features and ease of installation advertised was fantastic. I can attest that everything they advertised = what we got! The smartphone controls are so easy and make the system incredibly user friendly. We love all the monitoring features. We had a few issues initially with our smartphone controls because we live in a very rural area and did not have a Sprint tower close to our home. However, our calls were answered courteously, quickly, and options were given to help us work around that issue. Plus, a few months later when they developed a chip that was compatible with Verizon they sent us the chip for free to improve our service. They called to notify us that they had the chip and asked if we would like it for free and shipped it right out when we said yes. Couldn't ask for a better company! I had a guest staying with me one night who forgot about the alarm and opened the door to let the dog out. Luckily it was just set off by accident, but I was impressed with their response time. Customer service has been great. Set up was easy. And when I called to order the system I wasn't harassed by an obnoxious upselling salesman.

I bought this system 3 years ago for my daughter's house that she was renting and was so impressed with the quality and customer service with FrontPoint. I recently bought a home in the same town as my daughter and I purchased FrontPoint for my own home. I feel very safe with the cellular technology and they are very professional and helpful with helping you set it up and answer questions. I highly recommend them! I'm paying for 2 of their systems and I feel I have bought the best available system twice! My daughter and I both live alone and we both feel so much safer with this system!

Front point system is so easy to use if you can read you can use it. Customer service is the best. other companies could learn a lot from front point. The products them self are of highest quality.
