The system works much better than I expected and the customer service is great. Only once in the past year have I not had a "live" person answer the phone when I had a technical question for support and even that time I received an email reply in only minutes.

I had previously subscribed to alarm monitoring with ADT and was not really excited about their customer service. The Customer service at Frontpoint Security so far has proved itself very fast and responsive. Set up was a breeze and even when I called after to ask a few questions, everything was handled with care. System works perfectly, can monitor from my phone and check events from online website.

We selected Front Point because of great online reviews, and we're sure glad we did. Our Front Point consultant was very helpful, making sure we only bought the equipment we needed for our home & woodworking shop. The equipment was easy to set-up, the instruction books are easy to understand and the folks at Front Point are always eager to answer any questions. You are correct, not only is 100% cellular monitoring more convenient, it's a lot safer! Your wireless system continues to be monitored for at least 24-hours after a power outage, and you can be notified immediately if you lose power with our interactive notifications. We went with Frontpoint because of their cellular monitoring - we felt more secure knowing someone couldn't cut the line. The equipment was very easy to install and the customer service is excellent. I felt safe the entire year my husband was deployed. The only issue we had was that my remote stopped working well after about a year which I reported in a customer service survey. That day I received a call from a manager who personally took it upon himself to fix the issue.

We have a vacation home where we maintain power, but no phone or Internet services. FrontPoint uses cell phone technology, so I don't need to pay for Internet or phone to have really good security monitoring. We ordered the kit online, received a follow up call, great personal assistance when we were installing and testing, and the system has worked seamlessly. We were particularly pleased to know that the monitoring is backed up by ADT. We recommend FrontPoint to all our friends without reservation.

My place was burglarized in May 2011. It was really traumatic experience. I quickly did some research on alarm systems through BBB and word of mouth recommendations. My friend suggested Front Point Security and saw that it's highly ranked on BBB (A+ I think) and the cost was very affordable, easy to install, can control the system using my cell phone, etc. I highly recommend it. Too bad I didn't have it prior to the burglary but I feel safer now. Please get it sooner than later!! Don't make the same mistake (over $30,000 worth of goods were stolen)that I made thinking it'll never happen to me. Guess what, it did!!! I'm just glad they didn't harm my pets who worth more than anything I possess in my house. Highly recommend Front Point Security!!!
