I'd like to review the product, but I was denied the opportunity to purchase it twice. I bought a $50 gift certificate on HalfOffDepot.com for $25. On Oct. 14, I attempted to place an order for Oct. 28 delivery. When I called, I was told that they were closed for inventory and could not take any orders. They told me to call back on Oct. 26 and it would be no problem to place the order. As directed, I called on Oct. 26. The same lady answered the phone and said "Oh, our phone message must not be working. We're closed this week for inventory." I explained that I had been told to call on this date, and I was attempting to use a gift certificate I had already invested money in purchasing. I also expressed that this was very frustrating. Her response? "I don't know what to tell you." So, my attempt at a unique flower order for my sister's birthday cost me $25 for nothing. This is customer service at it's worst.
