Beyond bad - poor service, damaged vehicle
Dropped my car off for a $189 detail and was told it would be ready in 6 hours. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was shocked to find that not only was it not cleaned very well but I had a busted license plate cover and my tail light was hanging out. Upon complaining to a manager I was told I could wait for them to re-clean the car if I wasn't satisfied with the work they performed but that they weren't responsible for the damage. I explained I didn't have time to wait for it to be re-cleaned and I was more concerned about the damage. At this point, the manager became very rude, yelled at me, and told me if I wasn't satisfied I could call corporate. I did wind up getting a refund for the cleaning but it came with more rude comments about how I just wanted a free $200 detail and I still have to pay to have my tail light fixed. (One positive note - An attendant stopped me on my way out, apologized for his managers behavior and offered to tape my light in so I could drive the vehicle home) My experience here was beyond bad. They performed a poor quality service, damaged my car, and then treated me horribly when I complained about it. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone and in fact would encourage people to stay away.
