Still not paid back.
After agreeing to a payment plan, Joe sent one check for $55 in Dec. and I have heard nothing since then. He still owes me over $250.00.

I hope no one has to go through what I experienced with this 'company'.

I apoligize that things did not turn out as you would have like it to be. The floor went down the way it did and because you previously put it down yourself so it turned out not as good as it could have. I did not say that I would not pay you the money that you think is owed to you but that I would pay you when I had the extra funds to do so. I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. I will indeed pay you what you believe is owed to you. Really the only thing that is really owed to you is about $126 dollars but you claim that you will not pay for the other things that were done like the installation of the over the range microwave that installation of the electrical box and the dry wall repair which all cost $200.

Good performance with reasonable price
Joe was very helpful and courteous during the carpet installation. We offered to buy our own carpet and padding, but Joe picked up the carpet and padding for us, saving in shipping costs and eliminating the hassle of delivery. Any issue I had with installation, such as a small bump in the carpet, was quickly resolved. I would use Joe again.

Sloppy job!
I had my wood floors refinished by Joe and his team and the floors look great. Joe is a really great guy. There were a few problems though. The biggest was that they did not tape the baseboards touching the floor. I asked him to clean up the baseboards and they used an astringent that just took the white paint off the baseboards. He then said he would come back to repaint and never did. This is just bad workmanship. He also said the floors would be ready on a Thursday and they were still wet on Sunday. I think Joe knows what he's doing, but his team does a sloppy job. I would not recommend using Full Cycle Services in the future.

Best Service Ever
I read the reviews first before calling Full Cycle Services. I needed a carpet installed immediately. I told the owner of my situation and he was not only able to lay the carpet that day, but gave me an incredible rate! Above all else, Mr. Robinson was one of the most kind, considerate people I have worked with in the building industry. When I commented on how much I liked his clipboard, he even called his wife to inquire where she bought it for him so that he could share this information with me. I will not only call this company for all my business and personal needs, but will refer everyone I know to Full Cycle Services. This business is more than 5 stars in my book and I am just extremely grateful for finding them and meeting such a wonderful person with such incredible customer service attitude - and the carpet looks amazing!

1st time getting carpets cleaned. Good results!
Booked a Saturday appointment. On Friday, they called and said they were unable to make it due to another issue. Althought it was an inconvenience, it was too close to have found another service so we booked it for the following week.

The day we had them clean, FCS was running late from a previous appointment. I appreciate the followup and do understand that circumstances happen.

FCS arrived and informed me that the belt on their vaccuum broke. I asked for and received a discount as we previously discussed FCS vaccuuming the floor first.

They did a good job. Some stains came up and the others? Not sure if they are stains that stayed behind or fibers in carpet appearing like that due to wear but good job overall.
