My RV had an electrical problem in Oceanside and roadside assistance towed it to Funday RV. The reviews scared me, but the reviews here and the actually service were miles apart. Funday gave us great service, easy to work and communicate with. They did excellent work repairing the coach and replacing a wiring harness that had caught fire. The work was completed quickly and the price was fair. It has been a pleasure doing business with Funday RV. Thank You!

I will start by saying there were very unprofessioonal and over charge for everything. Took my toyhauler to them for a generator check and some other minor problems. 1 week later I was charged $750.00. I picked up the trailor on my lunch because they are open M-F from 8am to 4pm which is crazy for a RV service provider. I took my trailor home ran back to work. Later that afternoon I came home and found that the battery was dead, they had left my refridgerator turned on and broke my start / stop switch on Onan Gen. Called the Manager Joe and he claimed that the start /stop switch was broken when I brought it him he refused to fix it and said I could bring my trailor back and he would be happy to give me a estimate. These guys are rip offs DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV OR TRAILER TO THEM. THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!!!

skip the appointment process, it made no difference in our case Customer does call backs for status reports, I made all the calls. Light a fire under them by telling them you are going to buy the part and put it on yourself, It seemed to work in our case. When they install an electrical part and wire it differently than the factory did and tell you it should have been that way originally, and things aren't working the way they did when you drove in and the mechanic stands there and tells the funday owner that the wires are probably backwards and the buisness owner ignores the mechanic's idea, the guy needs his job and he did try to tell his boss what was done wrong, but at this point dealing with Funday RV, cut your losses, lock the hood and leave, they got their money and didn't want to redo the job Right. I figured out how to fix the problem that same afternoon, and went to two other RV repair shops to confirm my ideas and received positive feedback at both locations, made the repair in minutes. maybe Funday will call me for advice. seemed like a solid Mom and Pop business that we would feel comfortable doing our repairs, live and learn. if you go in the office, leave the door open, second hand smoke kills

Bought a used pop-up trailer from a private seller and took the trailer into Funday for a propane fridge recall. They accused me of 'having it apart' and 'wiring it backwards' instead of attempting to help resolve these (previously unbeknownst to me) problems. They applied the recall but the tech mentioned, "It's fixed, but it won't stay lit. You might want to look into that" so I left with the same problem I had arrived with - a non-functioning fridge. I diagnosed and fixed the problem myself within just a few minutes after identifying the problem via visual inspection. Oh, and they smoke cigarettes in the office, so you always leave smelling like smoke.

went to pick up coach after over $7000.00 in body work and found a scratch where non was before, large clearcoat paint run and panels that didn't line up. They fixed the scratch and paint run but said the doors were the best they could do. After driving the coach back to storage we noticed that the wheel well cover was loose at the rear. Upon inspection found they had screwed this into foam and not into metal or fiberglass. Taking it back again.

After being quoted $350 for repairs to our RV, we went to pick it up, and the bill was $825!!! They never called to authorize additional work... they just did it and attempted to charge for it. After a profanity laced tirade by the owner, he ended up not charging us (guilty conscience). Avoid this place!
